There is something truly magickal about the changing of the seasons.
As the warmth of summer slowly begins to fade and the crisp whispers of autumn fill the air, we are reminded that nature is constantly changing — and so are we.
Summer carries an energy of growth, adventure, abundance and outward expression. It encourages us to bloom, explore and soak up the warmth around us. But as autumn approaches, the energy begins to shift.
The days become shorter. The nights draw in. The trees begin to let go of their leaves.
And perhaps that is one of autumn’s greatest lessons… letting go is not an ending, but a necessary part of growth.
Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect and turn our energy inwards. It is a time to take stock of everything we have experienced throughout the year and gently release anything that no longer serves us.
Just as the trees don’t cling to their leaves, we too can learn to let go.
This seasonal shift can sometimes leave us feeling tired, emotional or a little unsettled — and that’s okay. Our bodies and spirits are part of nature, and it is natural to feel the changing energy around us.
Take this time to cosy your space, light the candles, drink something warm and reconnect with yourself. Ask yourself:
What am I ready to release?
What have I learned during this season?
What do I want to carry with me into the darker months?
Autumn isn’t about things dying — it’s about transformation.
So as the leaves begin to fall, allow yourself permission to do the same.
Release. Rest. Reflect. And trust that even in the quietest seasons, something beautiful is preparing to bloom. 🍁🌙✨
After all, there is magick in every season — we simply have to slow down enough to feel it.
Bringing a little bit of magick to everyday life. ✨
