Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Bloom n Witches we have a 14 day returns policy on our magical items.

This is in accordance with UK law, and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

If you have changed your mind or something isn’t quite right with your magical order once you have received it you can return the item to us at:

To be eligible for a return items must be sent back within the 14 days. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags if necessary and original packaging if possible. Proof of purchase or receipt required and/or your order number.

Once we receive the returned order the item will be checked to ensure the condition of the item is as it should be and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Change of mind Return costs are to be covered by the buyer unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. Returns payment will be made to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days to process the refund.

Please be aware some items we are unable to accept returns such as lit candles, open essential oils, earrings, personalised/ bespoke or made to order goods, items likely to perish quickly, sealed goods not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once unsealed, worn clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure about the item you wish to return.

If you buy digital content you may lose the right to cancel once the download or streaming starts with your express consent and acknowledgement.

Please be aware that returns will not be accepted if you have used the product against the manufacturers recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
