2. Making a Purchase (Our Contract With You)
Placing an Order: When you click “Pay Now” or “Complete Purchase”, you are making an offer to buy from us.
Order Acknowledgment: We will send you an email acknowledging we received your order. This email does not mean your order has been accepted.
Contract Formation: A binding legal contract between us is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email stating that your items have been shipped. This protects us in case an item is accidentally mispriced or out of stock.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices: All prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which are shown clearly at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment providers. We secure your payment details using industry-standard encryption.
Errors: If we discover an error in the price of any item you ordered before dispatching it, we will contact you immediately to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
4. Delivery
Timeframes: We will do our best to deliver your items within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Risk: Once the items are delivered to your designated address, they become your responsibility.
5. Your Right to Cancel and Returns (UK Consumer Rights)

The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your items for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

Returning the Items: You must send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Your Refund: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or receiving proof that you have sent them.
6. Faulty Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or develop a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
